We've been talking about having a garden since we moved to Louisiana, but never got around to it. This time we decided to actually do it!! Our neighbor, Chuck, came over and plowed a spot for it.
Already to go.
Time to plant. We planted yellow squash, three kinds of tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, banana peppers, carrots, and cantaloupe. We had a few other things to plant but we ran out of room. Maybe next year we'll make it a little bigger.
Lindsey had a blast helping out.
She got nice and dirty. She had to take a shower before the birthday party she had to go to.
The finished product. We can't wait to eat the vegetables!!
