I've been trying to fix new vegetables lately. Two of my favorites are green beans and corn so we have them A LOT!! I bought some fresh cauliflower for dinner and steamed it. I even put a little cheese on it. The girls loved it. Johnny on the other hand...well, this picture pretty much says it all. He cried and cried!! He wasn't allowed down from the table until it was gone. He ended up eating ice cold cauliflower smothered in ketchup. (That was the only way I could get it down him).
