Johnny's swimming lessons

Johnny started taking swimming lessons last week at Bayou Divers.  He did such a great job and had so much fun.

Here he is at this first lesson with Miss Nancy and the other little boy was Christopher.

He started out really putting his head under the water right away!

Learning to float on his back.

Can you see the smile on that face.  He swam by himself for the first time.

Learning to kick with his face in the water.

He went under water to get the ring at the bottom.  Miss Nancy helped him get down.  He was so proud when he came back up with the ring.

By the second lesson he was jumping in all by himself and swimming to Miss Nancy.

We get to go back next week for another round.  He can't wait.
