Memorial Day

We didn't have any plans for Memorial Day because Bob had to work.  He got a summer job flying with Century Tel.  I was sitting home with the kids and decided we needed to get out and do something while it was nice.  It's been raining a lot lately and there was supposed to be more rain this afternoon.  I packed up a lunch in the cooler and took the kids to Kiroli Park.  They played on the playground for awhile.
Then we ate lunch.
And they played some more.

Then we went back on the walking trails and went for a walk.
They ate apples on the way.

I love this one!
There is a cool train that the kids can get up on.  They thought that was pretty neat.

This picture is of Hailey last night.  She lost another tooth last night.  Now she has the two teeth on either side of her bottom two teeth out.  It looks funny.
We came home and I made pizza and we ate dinner in the living room while watching Madagascar 2.  It was a fun day, but we missed Daddy!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day and thank you to all of our military for your service!
