I had a wonderful Mother's Day. The only thing missing was Amanda. Everyone let me sleep in until 8:00 which is really a luxury! Bob made me breakfast of bacon and eggs. After breakfast the kids and I went outside and played tag in the rain in our pajamas! I really didn't want to do it, but it ended up being a lot of fun.
After playing outside, I got a lovely call from Amanda and then we went to church. After church we stopped and got pizza so I didn't have to worry about lunch. Here are the gifts the kids made me. They are stepping stones with the kids hand prints, names and pretty gems.

This is the wind chime that Lindsey made me in Girl Scouts. I also got fancy dishwashing gloves.
Here is the cup Hailey made in school. It is flowers made with her fingerprints. She also gave me a cookbook that the whole class put together. Her recipe was for Chess Cake (Cheesecake). It was so cute!
I had a wonderful Mother's Day. The only thing that would have made it better is if Amanda would have been here too!
