Tuesday, June 30th was Hailey's 7th birthday. We had such a fun day. The local theater shows kids movies every Tuesday over the summer for $1.00. We got to go see The Tale of Despereaux, which we had never seen. We came home and made homemade pizza and then went to the local library which was having a puppet show called Harvey Rabbit and Friends. We came home and had her steak dinner and Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake! We were supposed to have Hailey's birthday party this past Sunday, but so many people couldn't make it that we had to cancel it so we postponed it until later in July. (pictures to follow later this month) Hailey designed her cake herself. She told us she wanted two elephants facing each other with their trunks in a heart. Bob drew if on paper and then he scanned it into the computer and we bought iron-on paper and printed it on there and put it on a shirt. Pictures will be below.

We got Hailey a dollhouse for her birthday. She was so surprised!

Hailey wanted pizza for lunch. We made homemade pizza. Grandma and Lindsey made the crust.

Hailey asked for a chocolate fudge cheesecake. I looked up the recipe on the internet and found one that had a brownie bottom, cheesecake and then a chocolate ganache topping.
It got a two thumbs up. She loved it!!!
I think she had a fantastic 7th birthday!! We love you Hailey!
