Lowes project this time was a fun house mirror. It was a really cute project. Sydnie and Hailey are working very hard.

Afterwards, we went to Black Bayou for their Fall Festival. I've never been there and have always wanted to go.

This owl was rescued. It was hit by a car and lost one of it's eyes.

The kids got to dig in the pond to see what they could find.
They found all kinds of little fish, tadpoles, etc.
I'm not sure what she is holding. It may be a little minnow.
Johnny was having a hard time finding anything (mostly because Mommy was helping him). This nice lady took him to her secret spot to find lots of treasures. I'm sure glad he didn't find the little alligator that they said was living in there. That was enough to make me nervous!
