Field Trip to Sweet Potato Farm

We took a field trip to Thornhill Farms where they grow sweet potatoes!

The beginning of the tour.  These boxes are all ready to go.  We pretty much did the trip backwards.

He showed us how the determine where they go by their size.

Lindsey took lots of pictures too, with the camera on her ipod.

Everyone was excited because they got to ride a bus.  Lots of them had never been on a bus before.

After the farm we went to the Thornhill's house for a picnic and playing.  They had a cool tree house with  a zip line.
